12 Account Suspension & Termination

55bmw.vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold associated funds, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued account operation poses a legal, reputational, or financial risk to 55bmw.vip.

In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, 55bmw.vip may withhold funds for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days while the matter is investigated. If no wrongdoing is established, funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their 55bmw.vip account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Prior to closure, all pending bonuses will be forfeited, any outstanding wagering requirements will be voided, and verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

12.3 Appeals
